Once the offer has been accepted :
The Lease will have to be signed within 10 Days maximum

During the lease :

11. The Tenant is not permitted to sublet or transfer the
lease without the written permission of the Landlord.
12. Tenants will be responsible for paying any penalties
due to their failure to comply with the condominium bylaws
and declaration.
13. Tenant will also be responsible for payment of any
charges due to loss of keys or remote control.
End of lease :
14. At the end of the lease, the unit must be returned in
the same condition as when it was rented. This includes all
inclusions of the unit, as well as the normal state of wear
of the floor.
15. If the lease is not renewed at the end of the term, the
tenant MUST honor ALL requests to visit for all potential
new tenants, for which 24 hours notice will be given.
